1) On January 22nd, 4:30pm at the Days Inn Oromocto we will be holding elections for the following positions on our executive: 2nd Vice President, Chief Shop Steward, Deputy Chief Shop Steward, Health and Safety Steward, Secretary, Communications Steward. UNDE RVP Steve Warren will be conducting this election.
2). Our next General Meeting is scheduled for February 5th at the Days Inn at 4:30pm. On that day we are also conducting a vote by members of the SV group throughout the day. Chris DiLiberatore PSAC RVP and members from the PSAC Moncton office will be conducting the vote and there will also be virtual sessions in January and early February (calendar to come out early in the new year). Members will need to attend one or another session (in person or any virtual session) before being allowed to cast their vote.
All the voting will be done electronically (just like for the last strike vote)…and no paper ballot. Electronic only.
