The Union of National Defence Employees (UNDE) is made strong by the dedication and hard work of our diverse members and their commitment to advancing human rights. In an effort to celebrate the achievements of these valued activists, we are inviting you to nominate candidates to receive the UNDE Human Rights Award for the 2024-2026 term.
This special award, the Bonnie Robichaud Award, will be attributed to a UNDE member who has been actively engaged with the union in Human Rights issues. The award recognizes one Human Rights activist who has worked tirelessly to promote and build both the UNDE Human Rights portfolio and defend the Canadian Human Rights Act. This individual is active in their Union and communities and has assisted others in enjoying their dignity by reinforcing their Human Rights. The nominee has set an example for all by standing up for the rights of those who may be deprived of their voices.
The Nomination Form should be filled out as completely and accurately as possible and returned no later than 60 days before the National Triennial Convention to the following address or by email:
