Dale Arsenault explained , similar to severance pay, if they force a new sic policy, those that have accumulated should be compensated if this will be removed. What happens if we lose it all, it just wasn’t continuing to accumulate. This is a pattern, however we cannot predict. Would rather know that they can keep their banked hours as opposed to being paid out. Proposed that wording be changed to negotiate a buyout without quantifying the value. Friendly amendment to payout of sick leave accumulated or retain full amount.
