The annual Corporate Membership rate for DND
Pay up-front-in-full by credit card is $399 (reg $699) plus applicable taxes, per member, per year.
OR
Pay $19.19 bi-weekly plus applicable taxes, per member, per year . This would cost $499 plus applicable taxes.

Have your payment information and your existing GoodLife Membership number or key tag barcode (if applicable) readily available. If you also wish to enroll up to four family members, have their information available before you begin the registration process.
